Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with our service. Here's how refunds work at HandyTax.
Full Refund
You may request a full refund within 48 hours of payment for a Package plan, provided that no part of the analysis has been started or forwarded to you.
Full refunds do not apply to additional services such as standalone consultations or CSV generation. The request must be submitted in writing within 48 hours of payment.
Partial Refund
If your service is in progress but not fully completed, you may request a partial refund within 14 days of payment.
The refund amount will be calculated based on the proportion of work already completed. Non-refundable fees may include third-party platform setups (e.g., Koinly subscription, CoinTracking licence) that have already been activated for your project.
Non-Refundable Services
No refunds are available once the service has been fully delivered. Additionally, no refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- The Client delays or fails to provide required information, resulting in project delays
- Third-party platform subscriptions activated on the Client's behalf
- Changes in the Client's personal circumstances or decision not to file
HandyTax OÜ is not responsible for delays caused by the Client or third-party platforms.
How to Request a Refund
All refund requests must be submitted in writing to:

Processing
Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days and issued to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated.
